Public transport (Dublin Airport Transport):
There is no direct public transport link to Maynooth University. Travellers can travel by bus/taxi into Dublin city centre and take a bus/train from Dublin city centre to Maynooth.
- Dublin Airport to City Centre Public transport: The most direct service to Dublin city centre is by coach (Dublin Express or Aircoach). Dublin Bus, route 41 also serves from Airport via Swords to Dublin City.
- From Dublin City Centre to Maynooth: Public transport – Bus and train are both available from Dublin City Centre to Maynooth. Trains from Connolly/Pearse/Tara train stations to Maynooth train station. Dublin Bus route C3 to Maynooth departing from Tara Street and Aston Quay with a stop on Main Street Maynooth.
Uber / taxi: Taxi ranks are available outside of Terminal 1 & 2 of Dublin airport.

Attendees can enjoy the sights of beautiful Maynooth Campus, Maynooth Castle, St. Mary’s Church, Carton House Golf Course including a walkway (Carton Avenue) that extends from Maynooth village and nearby historical sites such as the Wonderful Barn at nearby Leixlip.
Attendees can enjoy on campus canteens such as those at TSI, Arts Building, the Phoenix restaurant, off campus recommendations for food include local bars and restaurants including the Avenue, Picadero’s and Donatello’s.
Guidelines for Poster Presentation
The poster presentation session will be held on June 12, 2025 at first floor, upstairs foyer of TSI building, North campus, Maynooth University.
Timings: Please do not erect your poster any earlier than 8 am. Pitch your posters according to the numbers designated in the book of abstracts. Pins will be provided. Kindly be available at poster during poster presentation session. Remove your posters before end of the day on the same day (5 pm).
Format: Posters will be presented in A0 format and portrait orientation.
Prizes: There will be three winners announced at the end of the ceremony for poster prizes.
