Accommodation Information

Accommodation is available on campus (approx. 300 rooms) and in two local hotels and several B&Bs (see links below). There are also many more accommodation options in Dublin City, which is within commuting distance of the conference venue.

Note that the block of rooms allocated for the conference will be shortly released, So if you intend to stay on campus, you should book without delay.

The accommodation is on the north campus, participants can choose book and pay for a single ensuite bedroom within a 5-bedroom apartment. Each participant will have access to their own private single lockable ensuite bedroom and will have shared access to a kitchen and living area within every 5-bedroom apartment. Please note that guests will share a kitchen and a living area with other participants attending the same event should they use this code. The nightly rate is €50.00 per person per single ensuite bedroom on a bed only basis.

Proceed to completing the booking by submitting all the contact and guest information and complete the reservation by settling payment at this time.

Important things to note:

Please be aware that the bedroom allocations are randomly allocated by the reservation system. Therefore if you want to share your apartment with specific people then this booking must be completed and paid for by one person only. If this is not done you will not be guaranteed to be sharing with who you want.
Should the voucher code be not entered initially then participants will not receive the conference rate or be able to book the bedrooms within the correct accommodation area.
