Abstract Submissions
Submit Your Abstracts We invite you to submit your abstracts for the Jenner Glycobiology Conference 2025. Please ensure your submission adheres to the guidelines provided.
Important Details
- Word Limit: Abstracts must not exceed 700 words.
- Submission Deadline: March 1, 2025 (17:00 GMT+1).
- Review Process: All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Organising Committee. Notifications of acceptance will be sent by March 31, 2025 (17:00 GMT+1).
The preference between oral communication or poster presentation should be indicated during the submission process. About 30 oral communications will be selected by the committee.

Mizutani Bursaries for Early Career Researchers in Japan!
The 16th Jenner Glycobiology and Medicine Symposium will be held in Ireland from June 11–13, 2025 and will bring together leading experts to discuss the latest advances in glycoscience and its medical applications. As part of our commitment to supporting ECRs, we are pleased to offer the Mizutani Bursaries for early-career researchers from Japan.
Mizutani Bursaries for Early Career Researchers

Three bursaries, each worth €330, will be awarded to ECRs from Japan.

To be eligible, applicants must have a poster or talk accepted at the 16th Jenner Glycobiology and Medicine Symposium (no registration fee needed for abstract submission).

Abstract submission deadline: March 13, 2025.

Notification of acceptance: April 1, 2025.
- To be eligible, applicants submit their CV and abstract for consideration for oral/poster presentation to Emily Harlin (Jenner Committee Member) by March 13th, 2025.
